Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical or relevant field)
Experience:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in aluminum and façade-related projects
- Proven experience in handling site execution for curtain walls, cladding, glazing, and aluminum systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all on-site activities related to aluminum and façade works
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule
- Coordinate with consultants, project managers, and main contractors for approvals and inspections
- Prepare and submit shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control standards are maintained
- Handle site measurements, material planning, and coordination with the procurement team
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at the site
- Attend site meetings and provide regular progress reports to management
- Resolve any technical or site-related issues efficiently
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
Requirements:
Valid UAE 4-wheeler Driving License (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of aluminum systems, façade installation techniques, and materials
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office, AutoCAD, and ERP systems
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in high-rise building façade works
- Knowledge of local authority regulations and approval procedures in UAE
- Familiarity with project management tools and reporting systems
Salary:
